VERIFIED BY REFERENCE

The evidence confirms that Shenna Bellows is the Secretary of State of Maine and that there is a lawsuit/hearing regarding voter data requested by the DOJ. However, none of the provided sources state that a judge has actually ruled in her favor; one source specifically mentions a 'hearing on a motion to dismiss,' which precedes a final ruling.
